Constitutionalizing in the Anthropocene

Friday Fika – BOLSTER – Bridging Organizations and marginalized communities for Local Sustainability Transitions in EuRope

25 Mar 2022

Online (11:00)

This week we are joined by another colleague and CitA regular, Dr. Michiel Stapper, who will be coming to talk about his massive personal and professional victory of winning a Horizon Europe grant for his BOLSTER project [Bridging Organizations and marginalized communities for Local Sustainability Transitions in EuRope]. The BOLSTER project aims to understand how marginalized communities are affected by European Green Deal-related policies, and whether involving such communities in decision-making processes might increase popular support for EGD transition plans.

BOLSTER interacts with a number of themes and streams that the CitA project is interested in, so we’re very excited to learn more about it (but we’re also keen to learn what Michiel’s secret sauce was for our own future research proposals!)

The fika is at 11:00am

Those who have not received the invite / zoom link but who would like to join can email: m.c.leach [at] tilburguniversity.edu
